2 To be done in 2008	Public Works	PW-$46,893 CW-$35,000	Sixth Street & Grand Ave.	Ponding occurs because outlet pipe at Hwy 85 is blocked by significant ditch runoff. Solutions include redesign of outlet area, additional piping or changes downstream of ditch system.
3 To be done in 2009	Engineer, Bid, Contractor	PW-$21,825 CW-$35,000	Southwest Corner of South Grand Avenue & Kahill Pl.	Two issues here. Ponding at corner & runoff on driveway of private property. Solutions include new inlets and new piping.
4 To be done in 2009	Engineer, Bid, Contractor	PW-$26,779 CW-$30,000	Salud Health Center (Second St between Harrison Ave & Rollie Ave.	Ponding occurs in drainage area by sidewalk. Solutions include new storm pipe to the east. Note: Salud may partially fund.
5 To be done in 2009	Engineer, Bid, Contractor	PW-$27,500 CW-???	Trapper Drive Storm Drain	Remove and replace flowplan, inlets and manholes.
6 To be done in 2008	Minimal Engineering, Bid, Contractor	PW-$58,085 CW-$30,000	125 South Grand Ave.	Piping insufficient, ponding on road & property. Solutions include installing new parallel drainage pipe.
7 To be done in 2009	Public Works	PW-$10,640 CW-$5,000	Vincent Park (Ninth St & west of Harrison Ave).	Drainage pipe either clogs up or it is too small. Solutions include changing inlet pipe or just keeping it clean.
8 To be done in 2009	Engineer, Bid, Contractor	PW-$66,760 CW-No Action	In front of 1100 Denver Avenue or Crown Metal Products.	Due to runoff, water flows into the business portion of the property. Solutions include curb/gutter/panning to a new inlet and new pipe connected to an existing drainage pipe.
9 To be done in 2009	Public Works	PW-$15,390 CW-No Action	Big Drainage Pond (South Grand Ave & Lonepine St)	Outlets in pond get clogged up. This possibly creates backup upstream in the system. Solutions include changing inlets and vegetation maintenance downstream.
10 To be done in 2009, if needed	Public Works	PW-No Action CW-$15,000	Seventh St (between Broadway Ave & Grand Ave).	Due to high street runoff, water flows onto private property & a garden. Solutions include berming, retaining walls, new inlets, etc. Problem may be solved by Projects 1 &2.
