Women who want to get the most out of their strength and resistance training program should register for this class. Each workout will be different and geared toward educating
participants on proper form, while allowing them to work at their own level. Participants will meet for four weeks on Mondays and Wednesdays from 6 pm - 7 pm.

Senior on Weights
This class is designed to fit the unique fitness needs of male and femal older adults. The class will concentrate on circuit training and free weights to help build strength, endurance, flexibility, and stronger bones. This class will help you feel better and have more energy.
Participants will meet for four weeks on Mondays and Wednesdays from 2 pm - 3 pm.

Everyday will be a new challenge and a great workout. We’ll do all the homework for you, just show up and sweat. A personal trainer will guide you through it all in a SMALL GROUP atmosphere. Must be 18 years or older to participate.

Youth on Weights
