What is SilverSneakers®?
Healthways SilverSneakers Fitness Program is a comprehensive older-adult physical activity program that addresses the needs of the Medicare (usually 65+) population. SilverSneakers members of a sponsoring health plan receive a basic membership that includes the opportunity to participate in SilverSneakers group exercise classes. For eligibility benefits, please call 303.857.4200.

SilverSneakers® Socials
Come join us for a healthy luncheon every quarter. Lunch will be served at 11:30 am at the community center. Please RSVP to the Recreation Center front deck at 303.857.4200. SilverSneakers luncheons are held throughout the year. The following luncheons are on the schedule:

Group Exercise Class
Muscular Strength & Range of Movement
Multi-level, equipment-based, total body conditioning classes are designed to increase strength and flexibility. Participants move to the music through a variety of exercises for the upper and lower body, including skills for daily living activities. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball are provided for resistance and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support.
