C.A.R.A Swim Team
  
The Colorado Association of Recreational Athletics (C.A.R.A) offers a recreational based competitive swimming league. The training and skill development is a three month program, and swimmers will compete with swimmers around the state during the summer season. The Fort Lupton Swim Team has an excellent coaching staff to help improve your swimming skills. In addition to practices, swimmers can participate in four swim meets. Swimmers must be able to swim one pool length of front crawl with proper breathing and stroke form. Practice will be held on Monday and Wednesday evenings. Age of the swimmer on January 1, 2011 will determine the age group in which the participant will swim.
*Practices start June 4.
