Weight Room Orientations
Free with membership! Please sign up at the Front Desk for an orientation. We will set up a time that works best for your schedule. This will teach you how to use our weight equipment in a safe and
effective format.
Each orientation will take 1 hour.
Please come prepared to workout.

Beginning Yoga
No previous yoga experience or knowledge is needed to begin your journey. If you are unsure of what to expect when you step onto your yoga mat and would like to start from the basics, join this Beginning Practice. Indoor / Outdoor Boot Camp
Everyday will be a new challenge and a great workout. We’ll do all the homework for you, just show up and sweat. A personal trainer will guide you through it all in
a small group atmosphere. Must be 18 years or older to participate. Participants will meet for four weeks on Monday/Wednesday from 6:00 - 7:00 pm.
