Our event menu is available to parties participating in a tournament at Coyote Creek Golf Course. One of the following menu options is included in the price of your tournament package.

Slow Roasted Beef Brisket
Cooked in a rich, tangy, BBQ Sauce served on a fresh baked knot rolls, baked beans, potato salad and chips, Fresh Brewed Ice Tea and Coffee

Fresh Off the Grill
Grilled hamburgers and beer brats, fresh baked buns, baked beans, potato salad chips, and garnish tray. Fresh Brewed Ices Tea and Coffee.

South of the Border
Build your own! Warmed and deep-fried tortillas, seasoned ground beef, refried beans, Spanish rice, and all the fixings. Fresh Brewed Ices Tea and Coffee

Deli Buffet
Freshly sliced ham, turkey, roast beef, and zesty tuna salad. An assortment of fresh rolls and breads, cheeses, pasta, salad, chips and garnish tray. Fresh Brewed Iced Tea and Coffee.

Box Lunch
Turkey, ham, or tuna salad sandwich, bag of chips, fresh fruit, candy bar, Bottled soft Drink

Continental Breakfast… $7.95
Assorted juices, croissant, bagels, danish, mini muffins, preserves, & butter, fresh fruit tray, and coffee

Breakfast Burritos…$4.00
10” flour tortilla stuffed with breakfast potatoes, sausage, scrambled eggs, cheese, and pork green chili.

Fajitas
Steak or Chicken, refried beans, Spanish rice, sour cream, shredded cheese, lettuce & Salsa.

BBQ Chicken
BBQ chicken, pasta & potato salad, baked beans, chips, sourdough rolls & butter, Iced Tea

Drink Tickets
Drink tickets are available at a rate of $3.50 per ticket. Tickets may be used inside or on the beverage cart, good for one bottled soft drink or beer.

Beverage Tabs
A credit is required to open a tab, either on the course or inside the club house.

Beverage Cart
One beverage cart and driver is provided for tournaments with 80 players of less, 2 Beverage Carts for tournaments with 81-144 players.

Donated Beverages can only be used on the course, the following rules apply. All products containing alcohol must be handed out by an employee of the golf course. There will be a “Corkage Fee” of $4.00 per player to bring donated beverage onto the property.

All beverages iced down, will not be re-packaged or returned to the group. All products that have not been opened must be taken with you at the time you leave from the tournament. Otherwise it will become property of the Coyote Creek Golf Course.
