Sealed Bids will be received by the City of Fort Lupton at the Fort Lupton, Colorado City Hall, 130 South McKinley Avenue, Fort Lupton, CO 80621 until 2:00 P.M., local time, August 18, 2010, for the
Denver Avenue and 2nd Street Drainage Improvements Project.
At said place and time, and promptly thereafter, all Bids that have been duly received will be publicly opened and read aloud.
A Pre-Bid conference will be held at the City Hall on August 6, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. The conference is not mandatory.
It is tentatively scheduled that the City Council will address this bid on
August 23,
2010.
