REAL ESTATE SERVICES. 

RFQs will be received up to, but no later than 10:00 AM on Monday, April 9, 2012, by the City of Fort Lupton, located at 130 S. McKinley Ave, Fort Lupton, Colorado 80621.  Such RFQs will be available to the public at the above stated place and time. Fax bids are not accepted. 

The City staff for the City of Fort Lupton reserves the right to reject any or all RFQs, to waive any informality in RFQs, and to accept the RFQ that, in the opinion of the staff, is in the best interests of the City of Fort Lupton and Weld County, State of Colorado.
