The City of Fort Lupton has implemented furlough days to assist with budgetary constraints. The greatest consideration was taken with scheduling the furlough days to cause the least amount of inconvenience for all parties concerned. Please take note of these days as City Hall and the Public Works Maintenance Building will be closed on the days listed below. Please know that you may still contact Public Works on those issues that you would normally call the after hours number at 303-994-3540. Public Works staff will be available and on-call for waterline breaks and sewer backups. The furlough days will not affect the Police Department and public safety. If the Police Department Offices are closed please call 911 for an emergency or dispatch at 303-857-3266 for non-emergencies. A pay phone is located outside of the Police Department. The Recreation Center will only be closed on the day before Thanksgiving and Christmas, as well as standard holidays.
