The Fort Lupton Recreation center offers a variety of group fitness classes Monday- Saturday. Most classes are offered at no extra cost with membership or daily pass.  

A walking track is located upstairs that overlooks the weight room and the newly refinished gym floor, the gym is also available for open gym basketball, volleyball, and pickle ball.

The Fort Lupton Recreation Center is excited to show off our brand new circuit training line.  We recently re-arranged our fitness area by replacing our equipment with the Cybex – Eagle: Premier line.  The loft has been turned into a cardio/HIIT station area with TRX Equipment.  Please schedule an appointment with one of our trainers for an equipment orientation.

We also offer a variety of classes from yoga to water aerobics to cycling.  Have you tried our new top of the line Stages cycling bikes?  All of our cycling instructors have been certified through the Stages Education Team.

Do you need or want a trainer?  The Fort Lupton Recreation Center offers various types of personal training with several fee options. Our trainers can assist you with Functional training, Interval training, Kettlebell/Bosu training, Sport Specific training, TRX training, and Youth training.  We also have a certified nutrition specialist on staff who can assist you with your nutritional needs.  Please visit our website for more details.
