Donate Plasma

Zo Stieber - Plasma

If you’ve had COVID-19, Mayor Zo Stieber invites you to join her in helping to fight the virus! Did you know donating plasma can help others recover quicker from the infection?

If you’ve had COVID-19 donating plasma could be lifesaving to those who are continuing to fight the infection. After your body has fought COVID-19, your convalescent plasma now contains antibodies created by your immune system. These antibodies in the convalescent plasma attack the virus. Giving this anti-body rich plasma to those who are still fighting the disease may help them recover quicker.

People who have fully recovered from COVID-19 for at least two weeks and are feeling well are encouraged to consider donating blood or convalescent plasma. You must have had a prior diagnosis of COVID-19 documented by a lab test and meet other donor qualifications to donate plasma. If you have not had COVID-19 but would still like to help, blood donations are always welcome. For more information on donating plasma or blood, please visit:
